1. The Phasion is a Malaysia-based online fashion store. Therefore, we do not ship to overseas for now.

3. All items are ready stocks unless stated.

4. We will check the goods before we deliver it. We will only send the items out if there is no problem. Therefore, goods sold are not returnable, not exchangeable and not refundable.

5. We do not accept return, exchange and refund if the measurement differs from 1-3cm or the colour of actual product is slightly different from the pictures.

6. We will not process your order until you send the payment notify and relevant evidence to thephasion@outlook.com. We will process your order within 48 hours after you sent us the payment notify.
